Before we started working with Complete Computers, we had multiple vendors doing work on our network infrastructure with very little oversight from our IT Support Provider. We were struggling with having: No strategic plan for replacing/upgrading network infrastructure components. A Lack of emergency power for critical systems. PC’s, systems, servers, etc. not getting patches/updates. Outdated hardware/software. Software licensing issues. Adequate backup processes/procedures. Network monitoring tools not available. We weren’t necessarily having problems but needed to update our systems and have one company take care of everything instead of trying to do it in house. We had an employee with some IT experience and he took care of set ups and maintenance and we didn’t have a lot of problems but as we grew, we needed a computer company to get familiar with our business and take care of it.

The biggest benefits? Timeliness with addressing problems during normal hours of business, after hours, and weekends. Keeping our systems up to date and making us aware of necessary upgrades to our systems so we can plan for it.
